Natasha Pace, Real Estate Management BSc (Hons) is the CEO of Chestertons Malta. She has a Real Estate Degree from London and many years of experience in the property industry both in Malta and London.
Fiona is a director and senior property consultant at Chestertons ever since its establishment in Malta and has a lifetime experience in the property market. Well-known in the local property industry, Fiona is highly successful in assisting Chestertons clients find their ideal home . Fiona’s friendly and professional approach is the hallmark of the Chestertons brand and she serves as a prime-mover and leader in Chestertons strategy and approach.
Marcus Lauri is one of our Senior Property Consultants. He has been an integral member of the Chestertons’ team since early 2015. Marcus brings with him a wealth of experience from the retail and hospitality industries, where he was a leading local entrepreneur for most of his professional career. Thanks to his excellent people and negotiation skills, Marcus is a valuable asset to the Chestertons team and is one of the agency’s front-liners in consulting local and international clients. Marcus is also Chestertons’ Commercial Property expert, which field is second nature to him due to his extensive knowledge of commercial and retail operations.
Adrian Sciberras, FCCA, CPA, is a certified public accountant and business consultant. He is the sub-franchise owner of Chestertons Central with offices in Santa Venera. Adrian brings many years of experience from his accounting and corporate services backgrounds and has been in the property business since 2013. He has helped many clients set up businesses and buy property in Malta as investments.
Fernando started working in the property sector in 2005, starting in Venezuela. After a few years of working in the real estate sector he moved to Spain where he read for a Masters degree in Construction & Real Estate Management (MSc). Fernando is a highly Organised, proactive person who loves meeting new people from all sides of the globe. One of the many hobbies which Fernando enjoys is graphic design, which helps him promote various different properties across Malta and Gozo. With years of experience, good customer service and a growing appetite for the Real Estate sector, Fernando makes for a great property consultant whether be it in sales or Letting.
Raymond has been in the sales business for over 40 years and moved to the property business in 2010. He works both in letting and sales. Raymond is an outgoing person and has good negotiating skills making it an asset to negotiate the right deal. During his years of experience he has helped multiple clients, both Maltese and particularly foreign not just finding their dream home, but also helping them make their move to Malta easier.
Tiziana started working in the property business in 2007. During these years she has managed to assist many clients to find their ideal property. Tiziana works primarily in the central and south areas of Malta both in Sales and Letting. Her outgoing personality makes it easy to communicate and build a strong relationship with the clients.
Jay Jay studied international business at the University of London. His passion for real estate is evident to anyone who meets with him, as is his love for golf, in which he represents Malta on a regular basis at a high level. He has been brought up into the property industry ever since he remembers, coming from a family very much involved in development.Mr Micallef has a vast experience in the real estate industry, from sales and letting to project management. He therefore has what it takes to lead Chestertons’ flagship branch into the right direction.
Frank started his working career in hospitality, where he met many different kinds of people from all over the world. This helped him develop his very much outgoing, bubbly, and nice to be around character. Frank after many years of being in the hospitality sector decided to make a career change to the Real Estate market. Which today he says that there is no turning back. Frank is a friendly, understanding, hard working, proactive individual who's main objective is to make sure that whether you are selling, renting or trying to find a future home for your family, it will be unique stress-free and unforgettable experience.
Ava has about 16 years of sales experience and the reason sales interests her is so that she can meet new people from all over the world. Ava has worked in sales both in Dubai and Malta. She is a very outgoing and social person.

Paolo has 25 years of work experience, a wealth of knowledge and people skills comes from years of travelling and working in Europe within the Supply Chain and Horeca industries.He successfully ran an International business for several years working with major Blue chip companies on projects that span across Europe with different objectives based on quality, cost and delivery.Paolo is a keen team player and believes in giving Chestertons’ customers the same attributes as given in his previous endeavours.
